Crew members are expected to work as part of a team and may be required to share in all aspects of facility operations including cash handling, safety, maintenance, visitor services and monitoring for adherence to KCCA’s Rules and Regulations. Please share relevant experience in each of the following categories. Remember where possible to relate your experience to a specific work, volunteer or life experience (skills learned at home). If you do not posses a skill please indicate your willingness to learn. (Point form preferred).
Experience in maintenance activities such as: operating hand tools, equipment, lawnmowers, 4×4 vehicles, golf carts and ATV’s.
Skills related to customer service, communication skills and conflict resolution.
Skills working independently and in a team setting.
Experience in making change, balancing a till, reconciling fees and operating POS (point of sale) machines.
Skills in cleaning facilities, including washrooms and showers.
