Kettle Creek Conservation Authority

Invasive Management Services

In 2020, KCCA developed an Invasive Species Management Plan for KCCA owned properties. Since then, KCCA has been managing phragmites and woody invasives at its Conservation Areas and supporting landowners in management on private lands.

Landowner Services

KCCA staff can help support landowners in managing invasive species on their own lands. Contact Brandon Lawler, Forest and Lands Technician for advice. Staff can also provide pricing for invasive species management on your property.

Early Detection is Key

Early detection and rapid response is essential for the control and/or eradication of invasive species in an area. If you find one of the invasive species listed below, please report the sighting to Early Detection and Distribution Mapping System Ontario.
