Fees

This Fee Policy was prepared to satisfy the requirement for a policy regarding the charging of fees for a program or service and to document the principles and practices regarding fees charged under Section 21.2 of the Conservation Authorities Act. The accompanying Fee Schedules are based on the user-pay principle. The fees and revenues generated are designed to assist with recovering the costs associated with administering and delivering the services on a program basis.
