Dalewood Conservation Area will open for the 2026 camping season on May 1, 2026.
Online reservations open March 1, 2026.
Dalewood Conservation Area, KCCA’s urban conservation destination, blends wilderness appeal with convenient access to St. Thomas. Open from May 1 to September 30, it offers a perfect escape into nature.

Did you know, you can book your Dalewood Day-Use pass online? Enter your personal information and a receipt will be sent to your email. Present your receipt at the gatehouse or if the gatehouse is closed proceed to enter the campground.

These rules, regulations and standards were developed to maintain a level of safety and consistency at both Lake Whittaker and Dalewood Conservation Areas and are based on the Conservation Authorities Act of Ontario R.S.O. 1990.
