The Great Lakes – Hidden in Plain Sight Presentation at KCCA AGM

St. Thomas – Carolyn O’Neill, the Manager of the Great Lakes Office at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change is the key note speaker at Kettle Creek Conservation Authority’s Annual General Meeting on February 17, 2016.

“Ms. O’Neill speaks passionately about the Great Lakes and helps the local community understand why they matter,” says Luiza Moczarski, KCCA’s public relations supervisor.

O’Neill advances Great Lakes policy including Ontario’s Great Lakes Strategy, Great Lakes agreements and the Great Lakes Protection Act.  Prior to joining the Ministry, O’Neill was with Environment Canada where she worked on programs to protect the Great Lakes and the Fraser River in British Columbia.
