Did you know, you can book your Dalewood Day-Use pass online? Enter your personal information and a receipt will be sent to your email. Present your receipt at the gatehouse or if the gatehouse is closed proceed to enter the campground.

These rules, regulations and standards were developed to maintain a level of safety and consistency at both Lake Whittaker and Dalewood Conservation Areas and are based on the Conservation Authorities Act of Ontario R.S.O. 1990.

August 8, 2025: Fire Ban in Effect at Dalewood Conservation Area
Please be advised that as of August 8, 2025, a fire ban is in effect for the Municipality of Central Elgin. All open-air and recreational fires are prohibited within Dalewood Conservation Area, including campfires and outdoor fireplaces/chimneas.
