Long Term Stay Expression of Interest - Dalewood Conservation Area
Dalewood Conservation Area has set aside a handful of sites to accommodate long-term camping requests. The following sites are available for a dedicated stay between June 1 – September 30, 2026 (earlier check-ins can be arranged).

The sites are discounted from our regular monthly rates and come with 2 vehicle passes. It is a great value at $3,200 (including HST).
Sites are being assigned on a first come first served basis.
- A discounted rate of $3,200.00 (tax and hydro included) is required at the time of permit issuance.
- Two vehicle passes/proxy cards will be provided. Additional vehicle passes must be purchased separately.
- No construction of a deck or shed will be permitted.
- No use of a Golf Cart.
- A second fridge is not allowed.
- No refunds for early departure, shortened stays or evictions.
- The attached permit expires on September 30, 2026 and includes no right of renewal or additional extensions. Campers interested in applying as a seasonal camper for the 2027 season will be required to follow the same process for new seasonal campers.
Full payment is due at time of booking. KCCA accepts credit card payments over the telephone by calling 519-631-1270 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
