The Food Truck is soley responsible for their own liability and property insurance and assumes full responsibility of damages that could be caused at the event.

You MUST have a Refreshment Vehicle Licensing permit.

You MUST carry adequate liability insurance and provide proof of that insurance.

You agree to donate 10 percent of sales made on KCCA properties back to the Authority at the end of each month. A charitable tax receipt will be issued at the end of the camping season.

Request a Certificate of Insurance from your Broker or Insurer which includes the following:

Your Company Name

Your Mailing Address

Your Policy Number and the Name of your Insurer

The Effective & Expiry Dates of the policy

Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 with an aggregate of $5,000,000 (including Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability)

The following entities need to be listed as additionally insured and a certificate holder: Kettle Creek Conservation Authority – 44015 Ferguson Line, St. Thomas, N5P 3T3

Food trucks agree to donate 10 percent of all sales made on KCCA properties back to KCCA.  These payments will be made on the last day of each month. A charitable tax receipt will be provided.

Both the Municipality of Central Elgin and Thames Centre require Food Trucks to have a Refreshment Vehicle permit.

If you are interested in serving food at Lake Whittaker Conservation Area, please submit a Refreshment Vehicle Licensing Permit application to the Municipality of Thames Centre.

If you are interested in serving food at Dalewood Conservation Area, please submit a Refreshment Vehicle Licensing Permit application to the Municipality of Thames Centre.

Proof of license/confirmation is required.
