Lake Whittaker is a 26-acre spring fed lake that provides a spectacular backdrop to your favourite summer activities.
Bring your fishing pole to experience some of the best game fishing in the area. Campers and day-use visitors have access to fishing platforms and can launch a boat (electric motors only) from the public boat launch. Relax at one of our two beaches or under a tree on one of the 205 roomy campsites. Serviced sites (15 and 30 amp, water) and un-serviced sites are available for nightly, monthly and seasonal bookings.
Other amenities include a picnic pavilion, group camping sites, a disc golf course on site, supervised swimming pools, canoe and paddle boat rentals and staff planned activities such as movie nights, scavenger hunts and an annual fishing derby and carnival.
Seasonal bookings are available through an application process. Waiting lists may be in effect.
Bookings can be made on-line beginning March 1, telephone reservations are accepted after May 1 by calling the gatehouse directly.
