Refunds for reservations booked for May 1 – May 20 will be automatically processed. Additional cancellations will be processed every two weeks, after May 1, until we are able to open.

We understand that this is an inconvenience and a disappointment. Please be assured that your full reservation/booking fees will be refunded. Campers should see a full and complete refund to the credit card used to make the reservation within 72 hours of the cancellation.

If you do not see a refund within two weeks of cancellation, please contact us at 519-631-1270.

An exact opening date for overnight camping and day use will be determined. Watch our Facebook page for updates. On-line Reservations are being accepted for dates after June 6, 2021 but will be subject to cancellation if current restrictions are extended.
